We are pleased to be undertaking a single-storey rear extension and full refurbishment of the existing ground floor, transforming the property into a modern, functional and spacious family home.
The project was introduced to Chelsea Contractors Ltd through our architectural partner, MJA Architecture Ltd, and involves extending the existing living space alongside comprehensive internal refurbishment works to enhance the property’s layout, functionality and overall finish.
We are pleased to be undertaking a second-floor rear extension in Chelsea, SW3, creating additional living space within this prestigious London property.
The project was secured through our direct outreach to local planning applicants.
Given the immaculate condition of the existing property, particular care has been taken to protect the interior throughout construction. A specialist scaffolding up-and-over access system has been installed, allowing materials, operatives and waste to be transported directly to and from the rear of the property, minimising disruption and eliminating the need to carry construction materials through the house.
Chelsea Contractors Ltd has been appointed to deliver the refurbishment of a 160m² apartment in Mayfair, London.
The project includes the construction of new insulated wall and floor structures, complete first-fix electrical and plumbing installations, a new heating system, Daikin air conditioning, MVHR ventilation, bespoke joinery, plastering, decoration, and the installation of a high-spec client-supplied kitchen, flooring, doors, and sanitaryware.
Works are expected to take approximately 6–8 months, with close coordination alongside the design team to deliver a premium finish that reflects the standards expected in one of London’s most prestigious residential locations.
